EB-5
Employment-based fifth preference: investor visas.
EB-5 provides a green card to investors who contribute $800,000 (in a Targeted Employment Area) or $1,050,000 (standard) and create at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs. It is filed on Form I-526/I-526E. Approved investors receive a 2-year conditional green card.
