Form I-134

Declaration of Financial Support — used for nonimmigrant cases.

I-134 is used by a U.S. sponsor to show financial support for a nonimmigrant or parolee. Unlike Form I-864, it is not legally enforceable and is generally weaker. The online I-134A is required for some humanitarian parole programs.
