Definition
Priority Worker
An EB-1 immigrant visa beneficiary — extraordinary ability, outstanding professor, or executive.
EB-1 priority workers fall into three subcategories: EB-1A (extraordinary ability), EB-1B (outstanding professors and researchers), and EB-1C (multinational executives and managers). EB-1 generally has shorter waits than EB-2 and EB-3.
