Fingerprints and photograph taken at a USCIS Application Support Center.
Nearly every applicant for an immigration benefit must attend a biometrics appointment where USCIS captures fingerprints, a photograph, and signature for identity verification and FBI background checks. The fee is typically bundled into the form filing fee.
