Certificate of Naturalization
The document issued at the naturalization ceremony as proof of U.S. citizenship.
A Certificate of Naturalization is issued to people who become U.S. citizens through naturalization. It is lifetime evidence of citizenship and can be used to apply for a U.S. passport. Replaced via Form N-565 if lost.
