Dates for Filing
The earlier of the two Visa Bulletin charts — sets when you may submit an adjustment of status.
The Dates for Filing chart shows when applicants may file Form I-485 ahead of their priority date becoming fully current. Each month, USCIS decides whether to accept filings against Dates for Filing or Final Action Dates.
