The U.S. agency that administers labor certification (PERM) for employment-based green cards.
The DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification processes PERM labor certifications, prevailing wage determinations, and H-1B labor condition applications. PERM certification is required for most EB-2 and EB-3 employer-sponsored cases.
