Fee Waiver
A waiver of USCIS filing fees for low-income applicants who file Form I-912.
Fee waivers are available for a specific list of forms — including N-400, I-90, and certain humanitarian filings — based on income (≤150% of federal poverty guidelines), means-tested public benefits, or financial hardship.
