H-1B Visa
Nonimmigrant visa for specialty occupation workers requiring at least a bachelor's degree.
The H-1B is the most common employment-based nonimmigrant visa. It is subject to an annual cap (with exceptions for universities and nonprofits) and is selected through a lottery. H-1B holders may pursue green cards under EB-2 or EB-3.
