Premium Processing
A USCIS service offering expedited processing in exchange for an additional fee.
Premium processing is requested on Form I-907 and guarantees a decision (or RFE/NOID) within a set number of business days — typically 15 or 45. It is available for many I-129 and I-140 categories and is expanding to others.
