Also: SIJ
Path to a green card for immigrant children who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned.
SIJ is granted to children under 21 who have a state court order finding that reunification with one or both parents is not viable due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment, and that returning to their home country is not in their best interest. SIJ is filed on Form I-360 and leads to a green card.
