Joint Sponsor
An additional Form I-864 sponsor who helps satisfy the income requirement.
A joint sponsor is a separate U.S. citizen or LPR who files their own I-864 to supplement the petitioner's when the petitioner's income alone is insufficient. The joint sponsor must independently meet the 125% poverty guideline requirement.
