EB-2 National Interest Waiver — self-petition for advanced-degree professionals.
The NIW allows an EB-2 applicant to bypass both the job offer and PERM labor certification requirements by showing their proposed work is in the national interest. Eligibility is evaluated under the three-prong Matter of Dhanasar framework.
