Form N-600
Application for Certificate of Citizenship.
N-600 is used by individuals who acquired or derived U.S. citizenship through a U.S. citizen parent to obtain a Certificate of Citizenship as proof. A U.S. passport based on the same evidence is often faster and cheaper.
