A waiver of the EB-2 labor certification requirement for work in the national interest.
The National Interest Waiver lets EB-2 applicants self-petition without an employer or labor certification if they can show their work has substantial merit and national importance, that they are well-positioned to advance the endeavor, and that a waiver benefits the U.S.
