Panel Physician
A doctor approved by a U.S. consulate to perform medical exams for immigrant visa applicants abroad.
Panel physicians serve immigrant visa applicants going through consular processing. They perform the same general exam as civil surgeons but follow Department of State protocols and submit results directly to the consulate.
